Ordering & Products

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ varies by product. Business cards: 100 pcs, Flyers: 100 pcs, T-Shirts: 1 pc, Mugs: 1 pc, Banners: 1 pc. Check the individual product page for exact minimums.

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes! We offer sample packs for most products. Contact us or place a sample order from the product page. Sample orders are charged at standard pricing.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Absolutely. If your required size is not listed, use our Custom Quote form and our team will provide pricing for any custom dimension.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, CDR, PSD, TIFF, and high-resolution JPG/PNG (300 DPI minimum). All files should be in CMYK color mode with 3mm bleed on all sides.

Can I make changes after placing an order?

Changes can be made within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, if printing has started, changes may not be possible. Contact support immediately.

Design & Artwork

Do you provide design services?

Yes! Our in-house design team can create print-ready artwork for you. Design service starts at ₹499. Fill the Custom Quote form and mention "Design Required".

What resolution should my images be?

All images must be at least 300 DPI at the final print size. Lower resolution images will result in blurry or pixelated prints. We will notify you if your file quality is insufficient.

Do you provide free design templates?

Yes! We offer 500+ free templates for business cards, flyers, brochures, and more. Browse templates on the product pages.

What is bleed and why is it required?

Bleed is extra artwork that extends beyond the trim line (3mm on all sides). It ensures no white edges appear after cutting. Our templates include guides for correct bleed setup.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. We send a digital soft proof via email for all orders. Physical proofs are available for bulk orders above ₹10,000.

Pricing & Payment

How does volume pricing work?

We offer tiered pricing — the more you print, the lower your per-unit cost. Pricing tiers are shown on every product page. Discounts start from 100 units for most products.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all credit/debit cards, net banking via Razorpay, NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹5,000.

Is GST included in the price?

All prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout as per government regulations. A GST invoice is provided with every order.

Do you offer bulk/corporate discounts?

Yes! For orders above ₹25,000, contact our B2B team for special pricing. We serve 500+ corporate clients with dedicated account management.

Can I use multiple coupons on one order?

Only one coupon can be applied per order. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery: 5–7 business days. Express delivery: 1–3 business days. Delivery time includes production (2–4 days) + shipping. Same-day dispatch on select products.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes! We deliver to all 28 states and 8 union territories via Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post. Check delivery availability by entering your pincode at checkout.

What is your shipping policy?

Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Standard shipping: ₹99. Express shipping: ₹199. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Use the "Track Order" page on our website or the courier partner's website.

What if my order is damaged during delivery?

We pack all orders with protective packaging. If your order is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a reprint or refund immediately.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100% quality guarantee. If your print does not match the approved proof or has manufacturing defects, we will reprint for free or issue a full refund within 7 days.

Can I return personalized/custom printed products?

Custom printed products cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect or the item received is different from what was approved. Please review proofs carefully before approving.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD refund is done via bank transfer within 3–5 business days.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will prioritize reprinting the correct order and arrange free return pickup of the wrong item.
