If your print doesn't match the approved proof or has manufacturing defects, we'll reprint it FREE or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

1. What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns/reprints for the following reasons:

  • ✅ Print quality does not match the approved digital proof
  • ✅ Wrong product, size, or quantity received
  • ✅ Manufacturing defect (colour banding, misaligned cutting, etc.)
  • ✅ Physical damage during shipping (report within 48 hours)

2. What Cannot Be Returned?

  • ❌ Personalised/custom products where the design was approved by the customer
  • ❌ Products returned due to buyer's change of mind after proof approval
  • ❌ Colour variations due to differences between screen display and print (CMYK vs RGB)
  • ❌ Damage caused by mishandling after delivery

3. How to Raise a Return Request

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method:

  • UPI / Cards / Net Banking: 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 3–5 business days
  • Store Credit: Instant (if preferred)
