1. Processing & Production Time

All products require a production/printing period before dispatch. Standard turnaround times:

• Business Cards, Flyers, Brochures: 2–3 business days
• Banners, Standees, Posters: 2–4 business days
• T-Shirts, Mugs, Custom Gifts: 3–5 business days
• Wedding Cards, Invitation Cards: 4–6 business days
• Books, Catalogues: 5–7 business days

Production begins after design approval. Orders placed before 12 PM IST are prioritised for same-day production start.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders above ₹999 (after discounts, before GST). Free shipping applies to all pin codes across India where our courier partners operate.

4. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to 25,000+ pin codes across India via our courier partners: Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, and India Post. Delivery availability is shown at checkout when you enter your pin code.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• SMS with tracking number and courier details
• Email with dispatch confirmation and tracking link
• Real-time tracking on our Order Tracking page

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged in transit or lost, please contact us at hello@printpro.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will arrange a reprint or full refund within 3 business days.
