1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using printpro.in, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services

PrintPro provides online printing services including but not limited to business cards, flyers, banners, apparel printing, and custom merchandise. All products are subject to availability and production capacity.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another user's account. PrintPro reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. Full payment is required before production begins. COD orders are subject to availability.

5. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork, you confirm you own or have rights to use all designs, logos, and images. You grant PrintPro a non-exclusive licence to reproduce your artwork solely for order fulfilment. PrintPro is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

6. Quality & Approval

Customers must review and approve digital proofs before production. Once approved, PrintPro is not liable for errors present in the approved proof. Colour variations of up to 10% between screen preview and print output are considered acceptable due to CMYK printing characteristics.

7. Liability Limitation

PrintPro's liability is limited to the value of the defective order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Prohibited Content

You may not submit designs containing: illegal content; hate speech or discriminatory material; defamatory content; material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; adult or explicit content without prior written approval.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

10. Changes to Terms

PrintPro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
